Will the Portal continue to charge my card after a purchase?

It depends on the type of tool you have purchased. There are two kinds of Portal purchasable tools:

Single-purchase resources and subscription-based tools.

Single-purchase resources are billed one time and include unlimited downloads. This will only be charged to your card once.

Subscription-based tools are accessed through a yearly or monthly subscription that will automatically renew. This will automatically be charged to your card either monthly or annually, depending on the subscription you purchased. If you don’t want your card to be charged, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription to a tool?

To cancel your subscription to a Portal tool, you must:

  1. Login to your Portal account
  2. Select "Manage Tool License(s)" at the top right of your Portal screen
  3. Select the tool you would like to cancel
  4. Follow the steps for canceling the tool. You will receive an emailed confirmation of the change

I have left my organization. Can I keep my Prosci tools?

This depends on whether your organization has an organizational license to the Portal. You can tell if your organization has a license if your company logo appears adjacent to the Portal logo when you are logged in. If this is the case, the tools you have access to are only available to employees of that organization. You are welcome to create a new Portal account with a personal email address or your new work email address. You will be able to access all of the Portal Freesources and purchase additional tools that you would like to continue to have access to.

If you are leaving an organization that does not have a Prosci license or have purchased your tools outside of this license, you may change your email address via the "Edit Profile Info" link and maintain access to tools and resources you use today. You are responsible for updating any billing information.

I do not remember my user name/password.

Your Portal username is the email address that you used to create a Portal account.

Can I make changes to and customize my downloadable tool?

No, a single-user license does not allow you to customize or make changes to any downloadable tool.

Can anyone create a Portal account?

Yes! Anyone can create a Prosci Portal account.

I am attending Prosci certification and do not see the Practitioner eToolkit in my Portal account.

If you do not see the Prosci Practitioner eToolkit in your portal account, please:

  1. Ensure you are logging into the Portal with the same email address that you used to register for your Prosci Change Management Certification Program
  2. Expand the “Show more” bar at the bottom of your “My resources” tray to ensure it is not hidden

If you still cannot see your eToolkit and are in a training class, please let your instructor know. Otherwise please contact support@prosci.com.
